What’s SIGEP?

Never heard of it? You can make up for that right now: SIGEP is a B2B fair held annually in Rimini, Italy. It develops across a few themed sectors: Ice Cream, Pastry, Chocolate, Bakery and Coffee. It’s a great chance to come in contact with new energies, tendencies and inspirations that can enrich and make your business more competitive and attractive, whether  you own an ice-cream parlor, a pastry shop or bakery. SIGEP also hosts international competitions, workshops and seminars.

Last year’s edition saw 100 different companies showcasing their products on a 129k square meters surface divided into 28 pavilions, the majority of them belonging to the Ice Cream sector, followed by Pastry, Coffee and Bakery. With over 130.000 visitors and investors from 180 different foreign countries, it also comprised a special area for investors and companies to meet up and discuss business.

Where To Find Gelatitalia’s Booth

As every year before this, you will be able to visit Gelatitalia’s booth at SIGEP. You can find us in the Gelato Arena, in the C3 pavilion, booth 140, January 21 through January 25. Our area, close to the West Gate, is a 480 square meters area where you’ll get the chance to meet the Gelatitalia family – our products as well as the people who assiduously work to raise them to the highest standards.

Gelatitalia at SIGEP 2023: Why Visit Our Booth

Come visit us at SIGEP and get to know the products that have made us able to grow again as a company together with our commercial partners this summer after the hard pandemic years. All of our product lines will be there: gelato and softies in a range of 60 different flavors, a variety of parfaits, an area dedicated to freshly cooked pancakes and waffles and another for slushes, sorbets and all of our other instant products for HoReCa professionals.

That’s right: you won’t find powder mixes at our booth, but complete products made with our mixes, so that you get a chance to truly discover what they taste like and what their quality is. Moreover, only in Rimini will you get a chance to discover our surprises for next year: if you look for a head start on 2023, mark the date – January 21-25 in Rimini, Italy!
